Retaining existing clients is the core focus of the Retention Call Centre module. Providing a full view of the client profile allows the retention technician to provide information and benefits of the current product as well as to quote the client on alternative products.


For unmet collections, the retention technician can negotiate a payment date with the client and generate a once-off collection to collect the outstanding premium. The once-off collection will be included in the collections process which will then revert to the standard collection process once the unmet premium has been received.
