Document Manager

The Evolve Document Manager is a comprehensive document solution that includes document generation of letters, schedules and fulfilment packs that can be delivered via the client’s preferred method of communication.

All documents generated for clients, suppliers, service providers or any other entity is stored in the Document Management System (DMS) and linked to that entity. If the documents are sent via email, the actual email message is also stored in the DMS for auditing and reference purposes.
